The five-day meditation retreat
On this retreat you will be exposed - you will be exposed to your everyday life in order to integrate what you have learned and experienced into your everyday life.
You will be able to organise and experience your daily life in a more relaxed, harmonious and peaceful way.
This retreat is for anyone who enjoys meditation,
want to learn about meditation, want to experience it,
who want to make their life a little calmer and slower,
and want to teach meditation.

Here you will experience peace and relaxation, strength and vitality, more energy and air to breathe, freedom and serenity, and of course we will have a lot of fun together.
This weekend will be an intensive experience in Self-Effective Yoga:
Self-effective yoga means that you make your experience very personal and can integrate and apply the effects of the yoga sequences in your everyday life. Discover the yoga within you this weekend.
Please bring your yoga mat, a blanket and a meditation cushion if you wish.

The only costs are for food and accommodation at JungleBeach.
During the classes, in the breaks and also at the end of the day there is room for all questions, from yoga to personal experiences.
I recommend every participant to add at least one day of yoga two days later, to give the experienced and learned space to feel and integrate.
